Returns and Refunds
Because every piece is made to order, we handle returns differently than warehouse-stocked brands.
Defects or Errors: If your order arrives with a print defect, sizing error, or shipping damage, contact us within 14 days. We'll replace it free of charge.
Wrong Size: We don't accept exchanges for sizing changes — since each piece is made to order, we can't restock returns. Please use the size guide on each product page before ordering.
Unopened Items: Because we don't hold inventory, we can't accept returns of unopened items. All sales are final.
Not What You Hoped: If something's wrong with your order — quality, fit, anything — reach out. We respond to every email and want every customer to feel right about their gear.
