Returns

We make every piece to order, so our return policy works a little differently than a typical clothing store. Here's the short version.

What we'll always make right

If your order arrives with any of these, we replace or refund it free of charge — within 30 days of delivery:

  • A manufacturing defect (bad print, loose stitching, holes, etc.)
  • The wrong item, color, or size shipped
  • Damage from the carrier in transit

Email neweverydayinc@gmail.com with your order number and a couple of photos and we'll take care of it. You usually won't need to ship the original back.

What's final sale

Because each piece is printed for you when you order, we don't accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Change of mind
  • Wrong size ordered (please use the size guide on every product page before checking out)
  • Wrong color ordered

We know that's stricter than a department store. The trade-off is honest pricing and zero clothing thrown away because it didn't sell.

Shipping problems

  • Marked delivered but not there? Wait 2 business days, check with neighbors and your mailroom, then email us.
  • Tracking hasn't moved in 10+ business days? Email us — we'll open an investigation with the carrier.

Cancel an order

Within 2 hours of placing the order, email us and we may be able to cancel before production starts. After that, the item is usually already being printed.
