How we ship
Every New EveryDay item is made to order by our print partner Gelato, then shipped from the production facility closest to your address. That keeps shipping fast and our footprint small.
Production time
After you place an order, we typically need 2–4 business days to print, finish, and quality-check your order before it ships. Larger orders or orders containing multiple products may take an extra day or two.
You'll get a shipping confirmation email with tracking the moment your order leaves the facility.
US shipping rates and times

Total time from order to door (production + transit): typically 5–10 business days for standard, 3–7 business days for express.
International shipping
We ship worldwide. Rates and transit times are calculated at checkout based on your destination and chosen service.
A few things to know:
- Customs duties, import VAT, and brokerage fees are charged by your country's customs authority and are your responsibility. They aren't included in the shipping fee at checkout.
- If you refuse delivery or fail to pay duties and the package is returned to sender, we can't refund the original shipping cost or duties paid by the carrier.
- Transit times for international orders typically run 7–21 business days after ship date, depending on destination and customs processing.
Order tracking
You'll receive a tracking number by email when your order ships. You can also check order status anytime by logging into your account at neweverydayinc.com/account.
If your tracking hasn't updated for 10+ business days after your ship date, email us at neweverydayinc@gmail.com with your order number — we'll investigate with the carrier.
Lost or damaged packages
- Marked delivered but missing: check with neighbors, your building's mailroom, and wait 2 business days. Then email us — we'll work with the carrier and ship a free replacement if it's confirmed lost.
- Damaged in transit: photos of the package and item to neweverydayinc@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery. We'll send a free replacement.

Shipping addresses
- We can ship to residential and commercial addresses, PO boxes (within carrier limits), and APO/FPO addresses.
- Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you notice a mistake within 2 hours of placing the order, email us right away — we may be able to update it before production starts.
- After 2 hours we usually can't change the address because the order has entered production.
Carriers
US orders typically ship via USPS, UPS, or DHL eCommerce depending on the production facility and service speed. International orders ship via DHL, FedEx, or local postal services depending on destination.
Holidays and order cutoffs
Production and shipping pause on US federal holidays. During major holiday seasons (Thanksgiving / Christmas), we'll post order-by dates on the homepage to help you get gifts in time.
